Becoming Artful Women – Art therapy Support Group – Online

This is an art therapy group for women who want to feel more connected and supported by each other through the exploration of feelings and experiences using art making and creativity. This event is for women who are feeling a lack of connection and a disquiet with how things are for them right now.

This is going to be held weekly on Tuesdays starting at 9:30am and finishing at 11:00am, the first session will be on 30th June 2026. It will be held online and costs £15 per session.

Becoming Artful New Mothers – Art Therapy Support group – Online

This is an art therapy support group for new mothers (with babies between 0-2 years old), it is an opportunity to connect with other new mothers who are going through similar situations as you are.

This is going to be held weekly on Tuesdays starting at 11:30am and finishing at 1:00pm, the first session will be on 30th June 2026. It will be held online and costs £15 per session.
