I am an Integrative Art Psychotherapist working with adults, this means that I am a therapist who uses the arts as well as talking therapy to support my clients in gaining a greater understanding of themselves. I use the arts to help my clients explore deeper and perhaps more hidden thoughts and feelings to bring them clarity and insight. This insight allows them to move towards any meaningful and therapeutic change they are seeking. Being integrative means I use a wide range of psychological approaches to tailor the therapy to best suit my client and their individual needs.

My Experience:

I have been providing art therapy to clients for 5+ years, working in many different settings such as in charities, community services, the NHS and privately. I have had previous experience of working with clients dealing with such issues as: depression, anxiety, trauma, loss, bereavement, chronic pain, relationship difficulties, abusive relationships.

My Qualifications:

Masters Degree in Integrative Arts Psychotherapy from the Institute for Arts in Therapy and Education (IATE), completed in 2025.
